Description

The Hackerbräukeller, which had existed on the Theresienhöhe in Munich since 1833, was radically renovated and extended in 1901 according to plans by the Heilmann & Littmann construction company. The total area of the large catering establishment, including the main and adjoining halls plus all guest rooms, was 1,660 m², the beer garden encompassed over 3,100 m². The complex, which was destroyed in the Second World War, is reproduced very realistically on the cover page of the menu.
